What jobs do you provide?

In any case,with the aim of finding a better employer you need to attend Polish language courses in Poland, of course we can help you and recommend some courses.

What is the salary?

The salary depends on the position you are working on. The minimum wage in Poland is 2,250 zł, with each year it only increases. You also need to know that you have the full right to search and change work at your own discretion!

If they can't give me visa than what can I do?

In order to start the visa process you must have already prepared documents from your employer. Through the special system e-konsulat.gov.pl you reserve the date and place of filing. Each of the embassies or consulates of Poland has its own nuances for the issuance of visa documents, which are also very important. You will get more detailed information about your consulate from our manager in the process of work.

Can i pay later, or after i get a visa?

The main goal of our cooperation with you is your employment in Poland for which you need a visa. We would be pleased to accept your vision, but, unfortunately, we are working with prepayment, because in order to prepare documents for you, we are spending our own resources, including resources directed to pay for work permit to the Polish government.

What is TRC?

Temporary residence card or TRC- this is the document which allows you to be and work in Poland for 3 years and also to travel to other Shengen countries! Everyone who is legally resident in Poland has the right to apply for the TRC. At the time of the trial, you are legally in Poland, even if the visa has already expired.

If I got a visa refusal to the ambassador?

One of the most commonly used actions in the event of a Polish visa refusal is an appeal that you will definitely accept. You will receive a written appeal within a few weeks. If a positive decision is made on the issue of a visa, you will know about it, having received a passport with the visa mark. And of course we will support you if you face with any problems.

Work permit

Work permit (Zezwolenie na pracę)

A Work Permit is a document that authorizes a foreigner to work legally in Poland for 1 year from our government.

It is a document, which allows you to obtain a Visa at the Embassy. The permit indicates the company that entrusts the execution of work to the foreigner and the position or the type of work which the foreigner is to perform. The permit is valid for the period for which it was issued. The term of validity of the permit is indicated on the document.

The work permit and visa, which you have received, do not oblige you to work only with this employer for the entire duration of the visa. You have the full right to change the position, employer, job and wages at your own discretion, so the new employer must prepare a new work permit for you. It means that if the foreigner wants to change the employer he has full rights to this.

What to do when the work permit is expired ?

In order to stay in Poland after the end of the work permit, you have the opportunity to get Temporary Residence Card from the employer for 3 years and the continuation after it is over. We will help and support you with its legalization!

The work permit and visa, which you have received, do not oblige you to work only with this employer for the entire duration of the visa. You have the full right to change the position, employer, job and wages at your own discretion, so the new employer must prepare a new work permit for you. It means that if the foreigner wants to change the employer he has full rights to this.

Temporary residence card

Temporary residence card (karta czasowego pobytu)

A residence card is a document confirming the identity of a foreigner during his stay in Poland. Foreigners who are planning to stay in Poland for a period longer than 3 months may apply for a temporary residence permit in Poland. A temporary residence permit is granted for a maximum period of 3 years.

The residence card, within its validity period, confirms foreigner’s identity during their stay on the territory of the Republic of Poland, and authorizes them, along with a travel document, to cross the border multiple times without the need to obtain visa. Additionally, the residence card is a residence document which, apart from a valid Polish national visa, shall authorize its holder, to travels within the territories of other member states of the Schengen area for the period not exceeding 90 days within each 180-day period.
